To ensure transparency and mutual understanding between our company and our valued customers, the following terms outline our policies regarding order placement, payment, shipping, product warranty, documentation, and related regulatory matters.
Ordering Policy
This policy defines the process and scope for placing orders.
- Orders can be made through our website, email, or sales representatives.
- Order confirmation will be issued once payment or purchase order is received.
- Advance payment, deposits, or credit terms may apply depending on the agreement.
- Tax invoices and quotations are issued in accordance with Thai revenue regulations.
- Lead time for product preparation may vary depending on stock availability.
- Orders may be canceled or modified only before production or shipment has begun.
Payment Policy
To maintain transparency and avoid any misunderstanding:
- Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, PromptPay QR, or company invoice.
- Payments must be made to official company bank accounts only.
- Customers should provide proof of payment for verification.
- Receipts and tax invoices will be issued after payment confirmation.
- Refunds will be provided in cases of overpayment or order cancellation before production.
Shipping Policy
- Shipments are made Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking number via their order channel.
- Shipping fees are calculated based on delivery type, destination, and parcel weight.
Domestic Shipping
- Main carriers: Flash Express, Thailand Post, and Kerry Express.
- Customers may request other shipping providers by notifying our sales team in advance.
- For in-stock items, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
International Shipping
- Shipments can be arranged via Thailand Post or international freight forwarders (air or sea).
- Our team will assist in calculating the most cost-effective and suitable option.
Product Warranty Policy
NNP Foods Supply Co., Ltd. guarantees the quality of our products and provides after-sales service for defective items under the following conditions:
1. Product Issue Notification
Customers must report any product issues within:
- 7 business days for Physical Defects
- 30 business days for Chemical Defects
Please include:
- Order number
- Lot number
- Photos or product samples for evaluation
The investigation process requires at least 3 business days or more depending on the case.
2. Replacement or Refund Conditions
- If the issue is confirmed to be caused by our company, we will offer a full replacement or refund.
- Customers must return the product via registered mail or EMS and provide proof of postage for reimbursement (including prior sample shipping costs).
- If customers wish to receive a replacement product before the investigation is complete, they may pay the normal price first.
Once confirmed as our fault, we will refund the replacement cost and shipping fee in full.
3. International Returns
- For returned goods under 2 kg, NNP Foods will cover return postage up to the SAL Registered international parcel rate.
- Customers choosing premium courier services must cover the price difference.
- For items over 2 kg, return cost coverage is capped at the SAL rate.
- Returned products must be unused or minimally used to qualify for full credit.
False claims
False claims or fraudulent warranty requests will result in legal action to protect the company’s rights and reputation.
Appendix: Defective Product Conditions
Physical Defects
- Incorrect product received
- Packaging damage during production (excluding courier damage)
- Foreign contaminants or abnormal odor detected
- For natural extracts: due to seasonal variation, color or scent may differ slightly between batches.
We control quality within specification limits and will notify customers of any changes before purchase.
Once an order is confirmed, claims regarding natural scent or color differences are not accepted.
Chemical Defects
- Chemical composition deviates from the Product Specification Sheet or Datasheet
FDA Registration & Documentation Policy
- Customers must review FDA regulations and the product specifications before proceeding with registration.
- Supporting documents will be provided in digital format:
- Cosmetic products: Product Specification Sheet for product notification
- Dietary supplements: Product Specification and copy of Food Manufacturing License
- Customers are encouraged to test the material for suitability before requesting documents.
Using product information for registration without an actual purchase may lead to legal action for misrepresentation and commercial damage.
Product Stability Policy
- All products have a stated shelf life (valid for unopened goods).
- Once opened, product stability depends on exposure to air, humidity, and temperature.
- Customers should follow the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for proper storage instructions.
- For long-term storage, it is recommended to perform lab analysis before production or application.
Scope of Product Use & Liability Disclaimer
To ensure safe and effective product use, customers must review all relevant documents —
including the Product Specification Sheet and Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) — before application.
All product information on our website or promotional materials is based on controlled testing conditions and is provided for reference only.
If customers wish to adapt or modify products beyond the recommended use, they must conduct adequate trials and consult technical experts beforehand.
Customers are responsible for complying with local and international regulations, including those related to the use of extracts, food additives, and restricted substances.
NNP Foods Supply Co., Ltd. assumes no liability for any damages, accidents, or health impacts resulting from misuse, formulation alteration, or disregard of MSDS guidelines.
This includes direct, indirect, or consequential damages to individuals or third parties.
Document Request Policy (COA / MSDS / Specification / FDA Documents)
NNP Foods Supply Co., Ltd. provides technical documentation to customers for official product registration and regulatory use, subject to the following terms:
- Customers may request COA, Specification, MSDS, or FDA Support Documents only if they have a verified purchase history or confirmed purchase order (PO).
- Without a confirmed order, only summary documents (Spec Summary / Sample COA) may be provided for evaluation purposes.
- For full technical documents requested prior to purchase, a Document Handling Fee may be applied based on document type and quantity.
This fee can be redeemed as a credit or discount for a future purchase within 90 days. - All documents are the intellectual property of NNP Foods Supply Co., Ltd. and our manufacturing partners.
Unauthorized use or disclosure of such documents constitutes a violation of company rights, and legal action may be taken. - To prevent unauthorized commercial use, each issued document may contain the client company name or quotation reference number for traceability.
